Donald Douglas Dixon comes from a family with an Aviation Legacy.  Don started his career marketing airplanes from the time he was in high school eventually selling corporate jets to Fortune 500 corporations. Aircraft acquisition, financing, trust account formation, lease backs and aircraft management.

Mr. Dixon served as Vice-President of Sales for Midwest Aircraft Corporation of Chicago, a full line Cessna, Aerostar, Aero Commander and Mooney Aircraft dealer. Mr. Dixon was VP Sales, Corporate Jets Division, for Churchill Aeronautical Group of Indianapolis, Indiana and Houston, Texas.

President of Aviation Services International an aircraft leasing firm based in Dublin Ireland. Trustee, leasing, management and tax consulting. Over 2000 aircraft under management.

Don acquired a beer, wine and spirits distributor located in Texas in 1985 which has become Alta Beverage Group a beer wine and spirits importer and exporter. Alta Beverage Group along with their distillery partners Frank-Lin Distilleries of California and Distillery partners Ireland, England and France produce over 1,800 brands with sales in over 150 countries. From private label formulation, development, trademarks, marketing and promotions to turn key designs for distilleries.

Robert Fabry has over 30 years of business experience to include roles in marketing, management, operations, human resources and executive search.

He has spent the past 20 years with Prince, Perelson and Associates, a regional boutique search firm operating in the Intermountain West. Tasked with establishing and growing the firm’s IT team to capitalize on Utah’s booming technology market, the team today is flourishing and the company is enjoying the best year in their 23 year history.

Mr. Fabry will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the corporation. He will also participate in the development and implementation of business strategies, going forward.

Mr. Kulpaca holds a B.S. degree in Finance from Arizona State University and has built a successful real estate and real estate investment business over the past 25 years. Mr. Kulpaca also spent time with L-3 Communications as a Contract Specialist where he played an integral role with risk assessment, product pricing and bottom line profitability for several high profile projects/products.

Mr. Kulpaca will be charged with product procurement and assist in business strategies and company Vision.
